At ZenyMaker, we sell digital tools designed to improve your Ragnarok Online experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Product – No Physical Return

ZenyMaker products are 100% digital and delivered instantly or shortly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed, unless required by law or in exceptional cases.

If you experience a technical issue or cannot access your product, please contact us at support@zenymaker.com and we’ll work to resolve it.


2. Eligibility for Refund (Case-by-Case Basis)

We may consider refunds only in the following cases:

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not activated or downloaded it.
  • There is a critical technical failure on our side that prevents product usage, and our support team cannot resolve it within 5 business days.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Misunderstanding of how the product works
  • Incompatibility with your specific system setup
  • Account issues related to game bans or restrictions

3. User Responsibility

By purchasing and using ZenyMaker tools, you agree to be fully responsible for how you use them.

While our tools are designed to simulate real player behavior and avoid detection, we do not guarantee immunity from game enforcement policies. You are solely responsible for any action taken against your account as a result of using third-party tools.

Use at your own discretion.


4. Chargebacks and Abuse

Initiating a chargeback after receiving and using our product without contacting us first will result in permanent blacklisting and revocation of access to all future updates and support.
